What Illinois providers need to know
Effective August 1, 2026, Illinois providers are expected to use TTP for staff training and compliance monitoring. Alternate tracking methods are not expected to be accepted, and incomplete information may create corrective or contract action risk.
Most providers are still managing this manually.
Background checks, training certificates, IDPH data, TTP profiles, and status tracking are often handled across disconnected systems and spreadsheets. That approach does not scale as enforcement increases.
